As a Direct Support Professional, you will work directly with individuals to assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and provide compassionate, hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care

• Support individuals in developing life skills

• Encourage independence and confidence

• Maintain a safe and structured environment

• Communicate effectively with team members and families

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient attitude

• Reliable and dependable

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work well with others

• Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus (but not required)
